Between Shifts respects your privacy.
What information we collect
If you request the free 7-Day Shift Recovery Reset, we collect the email address you provide. If you tick the optional box for ongoing emails, we also record that you opted in.
Our website host and email provider may receive basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, that is needed to run the website and the signup form. We don’t use advertising pixels or analytics trackers on this website.
Reset delivery
We use your email to deliver the free 7-Day Shift Recovery Reset and related access information. We do this because you asked for it.
You don’t need to agree to anything else to get the Reset. Requesting it does not sign you up for ongoing emails.
Optional ongoing emails
Under the email field there is an optional box: “Send me occasional practical emails from Between Shifts. Unsubscribe anytime.” It is unticked by default.
- If you leave it unticked, you get the Reset and nothing else from our email list.
- If you tick it, we may send you occasional practical emails from Between Shifts.
- You can withdraw that consent at any time with the unsubscribe link in any email, or by emailing us.
Email provider
Email addresses are processed using MailerLite, which we use to deliver the Reset and manage email communication. The signup form on this website is provided by MailerLite. MailerLite processes information according to its own privacy and data-processing terms.
When you submit the form, your address is added to the Reset list in MailerLite, you are taken straight to the Reset page, and a delivery email with the link follows. There is no confirmation step to click.
How long we keep your information
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights relating to your personal information, including requesting access, correction, deletion, restriction, or withdrawal of consent.
